Like many people I never thought I would have to worry about either one of these problems. Not until a few years ago, that is. That’s when someone I loved very much was stricken with this terrible disease. In that moment I knew I had to learn everything I could about Alzheimer’s!

What I discovered completely changed my life and what I understood about this disease.

I would love to share my secrets with you.

I created this site to provide information on the effects of Alzheimers on patients and family members and learning how to cope with the disease. As I said,I have first hand knowledge on this subject because my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers. I watched as this disease suck the very essence of life out of a very vibrant and active lady. She fought it right down to the end and all her family was their with her. So I wanted to the another voice in this struggle against this disease and provide information on the disease and the effects it has on the patient and the family as caregivers.
